Our engineering and manufacturing are collocated in a 24,000 sq ft Newbury Park, CA facility to ensure efficient and rapid performance.

Segregated development and production areas support rapid research efforts while maintaining high volume production operations. 

Engineering

•Clean sheet designs for components and assemblies

•PTC Creo Parametric for 3D CAD designs and drawings

•Structural & Thermal simulation using Ansys, Autodesk, NASA codes, and internally developed tools

•Combustion/Nozzle optimization using CEA, SDER, NASA codes, and internally developed codes

•Optimization of fluid passage design for minimal pressure drop and flow uniformity

•Detailed thruster transient analysis comparing flight like feed system to hot-fire test stand

•Water flow testing and anchoring

Manufacturing

•2,100 sqft. ISO-8 (Class 100,000) Clean Room

•Expandable for High-Rate Production

•Hydrostatic Proof testing up to 3000 psi

•Gaseous Helium leak testing up to 1000 psi w/mass spectrometer

•Laminar flow benches for precision clean mechanical assembly

•DI Water flow bench capable up to 1000 psi and 20 gpm

•Fine Clean per IEST-STD-CC1246E:

•NVR and particle counting in house

•Passivation per ASME2700

•Vacuum-Oven drying up to 250°F at 26 in-Hg; Vacuum packaging
